Hunters are looking sMASHing - Christa Davis
Now the showing season is well and truly over, I keep looking back at all the lovely sunny pictures that were taken and feeling fed up with the rain already. I am so pleased with how all the Team looked on Rowen Barbary ReadyMash Extra this summer and can't wait for next season.
The hunters are in full swing, hunting Wednesdays and Saturdays and the compliments keep on coming in with how well they look. The word has got around our Hunt now about Rowen Barbary Ready Mash and I'm pleased to say both our Masters are feeding it to their hunters and several mounted followers have changed feeds. We have one of our hunters turned away at our Lady Masters house due to injury in the summer and I couldn't believe my eyes when I drove up the drive to see him sharing his Mash with a PIG. If only I had a camera.
We often feed the hunters warm Mash of an evening and especially if they've had a cold, wet days hunting. I love the fact there's no hassle involved. In between brushing horses off, sorting tack out and putting the washing machine on you can boil the kettle and pour the warm water in the feed and within a few minutes its ready to feed and smells delicious. If they are really lucky they may get some added Carrot/Beetroot or Banana Mash. These are perfect for hiding Bute or antibiotics in.
Here are a few pictures of how well some of the horses are looking. Thank you so much, Rowen Barbary, for your continued support your feed plays a huge part to our Team.
