How It All Started

The story of Rowen Barbary Mashes began in 2004 with the development of ReadyMash Extra. This product was initially created to support a horse recovering from colic surgery, requiring a highly digestible diet to improve fibre intake and aid recovery. The inclusion of essential oils, milk, and glucose powders helped the horse make a full recovery and return to competition. The success of ReadyMash Extra led to the rapid expansion of the range, with the introduction of ReadyMash and ReadyFibre Mash later that year. In 2011, Solution Mash was added to the lineup, specifically designed for horses needing a cereal and molasses-free diet.

Rowen Barbary Golden Ticket Promotion - Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

• These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the Rowen Barbary Golden Ticket Promotion ("Promotion").
• By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from participating.

2. Eligibility

• The Promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
• Employees of Rowen Barbary, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Promotion Period

• The Promotion begins on 1^st September 2024.

4. How to Participate

• To participate, purchase any Rowen Barbary Mash including ReadyMash Extra, ReadyMash, ReadyFibre Mash and Solution Mash.
• Look inside the packaging for a Golden Ticket. If you find a Golden Ticket, you are a potential winner.

5. Prizes

• The Golden Ticket entitles the holder to claim their prize.  Prizes available in the promotion include:
  • A year’s supply of their chosen Rowen Barbary Feed for one horse or pony.  This will either be suppled direct to their yard or in the form of Rowen Barbary Feed Vouchers and will include a consultation with a Rowen Barbary Nutritionist.
  • Rowen Barbary Treats including Carrot Mash, Banana Mash, Tutti Frutti, Herbal Health Mash and Sprinkles.

• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives are offered.

6. Prize Claim

• To claim your prize, contact Rowen Barbary Horse Feeds on 01948 880598 or via email to sales@rowenbarbary.co.uk and quote your unique voucher code found on the back of the Golden Ticket, and provide proof of purchase (if applicable).
• All claims must be submitted by 1^st June 2025. Late or incomplete claims will not be accepted.

7. Verification

• Rowen Barbary reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and the validity of the Golden Tickets.
• Any false information provided by a participant will result in disqualification.

8. Publicity

• Entrants agree to provide reasonable cooperation to allow the Promoter to use the name and/or likeness of the winner for advertising and publicity purposes in connection with this Promotion including but not limited to publication of the winner’s name and photograph on the Promoter’s websites and social media channels.

9. Liability

• Rowen Barbary is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or damaged entries or claims.
• Rowen Barbary accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from participation in the Promotion or from the acceptance of any prize.

10. Privacy

• Personal data provided during the Promotion will be used in accordance with Rowen Barbary’s Privacy Policy.
• By participating, you consent to the use of your personal data for the purposes of administering this Promotion and as described in these Terms.

11. General

• Rowen Barbary reserves the right to amend these Terms or cancel the Promotion at any time without notice.
• Any decisions by Rowen Barbary regarding the Promotion are final and binding.

12. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UK.
