Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) is a versatile herb that has been linked to aiding symptoms of gastric distress, improving palatability, increase in milk production in lactating mares as well as aiding regulation of insulin. Studies have shown Fenugreek to have many benefits due to it holistic natural qaulities, being packed with vitamins and other nurtritional acids.
As Fenugreek moves through the digestive tract, it absorbs endotoxins (part of a bacteria’s cell wall) and helps to flush them out, which helps improves gut health. With its array of flavonoids, including quercetin and its steroidal saponins, Fenugreek can be helpful for horses with cold arthritis.
Finally this versatile herb can aid with lactating mares due to its Calcium content, * in an equine study it highlights the benefits of calcium and effects on milk prodcution for lactating mares after they have given birth. Do not feed to pregnant mares.

Small orders are orders that weigh less than 110Kg or contain less than 6 items, delivery price from £2.90. These orders will be dispatched by parcel courier. Large orders over 110Kg and containing 6 items or more will be dispatched by pallet network from £30.00
